These Terms apply to the Renty marketplace for Cabo Verde . "Renty", "we", "us", and "the Site" refer to the operator. "You" are the user. Acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is required to use the Site.

Renty is a booking interface. The car rental provider shown in the flow provides the vehicle and rental service. Questions about the rental should generally go to that provider, subject to applicable law.
Register only if you can contract. Keep credentials safe and information accurate. You are responsible for account use.
Site materials belong to Renty or third parties. Personal viewing permitted. Commercial reuse requires permission.
Site provided "as is". Listings may be incomplete. Implied warranties disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
Indirect and consequential loss excluded where law permits. Non excludable liability remains.
Third party links are not controlled by Renty. Feedback may be used to improve services under a non exclusive licence.
